Last week for Science Week we had great fun in the Junior classroom exploring and completing various experiments. Some of the experiments included; making a rainbow in a jar, creating invisible ink, making a rain cloud and we even made our own delicious butter. The children also enjoyed working in pairs using the Lego WeDo kit to improve their construction and coding skills. Some of the older pupils completed some research on a famous scientist of their choice and presented it to the rest of the class. Lastly, we ended the week by taking part in a stem challenge where the children again worked in pairs to make a paper chain as long as they could using only one sheet of paper. We had a great week and look forward to Science Week 2022!
